Revision - Table of Contents

On the table of contents, there were only a few revisions I had to make. One thing I changed was the layout of the page numbers. This made the overall page look better and more cohesive. I also played around with the spacing of all of the headlines. Lastly, I added conventions like page numbers and a website.
